Meditation can improve health and reduce stress. In this workshop, learn basic techniques the Chinese used for health and wellness including standing, moving and sleeping meditation methods. Many find meditation and tai chi provide a number of health benefits and improved performance. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner there is something in this workshop for you.
