Healthy Sheboygan County Responsible Substance Use action team is able to provide FREE festival toolkits to interested organizations, businesses, or event committees who are planning on hosting a large gathering where alcohol will be served.
Careful event planning and a commitment to a safe, fun event are keys to lowering the risk associated with alcohol. Reasonable restrictions on alcohol consumption can provide a safe and healthy environment for families, underage youth, and other concerned citizens attending your event.
Purpose of the Toolkits
To provide local festivals and event planners with guidelines that can help decrease the number of intoxicated and underage patrons which can lead to safety concerns.
What’s included in the Festival Toolkit?
Items available are various wristband colors, ID scanners, and posters. The toolkit also includes a guide on how to make your event safe using these items.
